Yoga, to me, isn’t about perfection or performance. It’s about feeling at home in your body. It’s about building strength without pressure, finding ease without checking out, and creating space to show up exactly as you are.
My classes are welcoming, empowering, and rooted in real life. Some days that looks like sweat and strength. Other days it looks like slowing down, breathing deeper, and letting go of what you’ve been carrying.
